i love you march!

So far, March has been really good to me.
Right now I am a second semester Junior in the elementary program which means 3 weeks in an elementary classroom!
Last semester it was 6th grade, this semester is quite the opposite: kindergarten!
To be honest, I was a little hesitant to be in a kindergarten classroom for 3 whole weeks because just one day spent substitute teaching them would leave me exhausted. However, after spending just one week with those adorable, pinchable cheeks, I am realizing that I could see myself teaching the little tikes just as much as the older ones.  Needless to say, I am looking forward to the next 2 weeks. {It also helps that I'm best friends with my field partner, Brianna!} :)

Aside from school, March has also been good to me for a few reasons:

Reason number 1. Partying it up in Springville for St. Patrick's Day

Reason number 2. Warm enough weather to try out our new slackline!

The newly married couple!!  Oh Mark...

Reason number three. Mark & Rachelle's wedding:
Spending all day with Allissa was the best. We were bridesmaids together. :)

I love Rachelle so much! And this picture...

It was pretty cold outside

Groomsman and bridesmaid together. :)
Reason number 4. Eating healthier and running again.
Celery & peanut butter, salad, potatoes and chicken, chicken tacos, and a wholesome breakfast
Yay March! I love you!

  1. I love your blog and I love you! Hope you have a great April too!

    1. Thanks mom! I love you!(And the slackline you got us!) I'm so proud of you for setting up your profile and I'll bet you'll have a blog up and running in no time. :)

  2. Wow! I finally figured this out and set up a profile! Maybe in a year or two, I will start my own blog! :)

  3. You are so adorable! You are going to be the best elementary school teacher EVER!

    1. Thanks Amber! I think you are adorable and I love reading about your cute family and crafts and soon to be baby!

  4. Whatever grade you teach will be awesome if you feel awesome. So put on a happy face before you walk in (oh my, you already do that!) and give it your all. I love you. You are one of the good things that Heavenly Father put in my life. I meant persons. You have taught me a lot. Love your blogs. Besos, besos.

    1. Thanks grandma! I love your comments. They make me so happy! I love you!

  5. What fun! I love this nice weather. You are a peach!
